What you need to know about Free Pass Latino with Comcast

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Comcast announced its newest event, Free Pass Latino! I had the opportunity to visit the Comcast Innovation Center along with other Bay Area Latina Bloggers to learn about Comcast’s biggest event. Free Pass Latino is bringing bilingual entertainment for the whole family. From TV shows such Universo’s Season 7 of Larrymania, HBO Latino® drama series Sr. Avila and blockbuster movies such as Mole de Olla, Mexican Gangster and The Amazing Spiderman. There’s even music from the biggest Latin artists including J. Balvin, Bad Bunny and Natti Natasha. Don’t forget throwback Telenovelas! From October 15th to October 28th with Xfinity X1 across all devices and via the Xfinity Stream app you can have access to all the hand-picked Latino content to watch whenever, wherever!

We got to hear a few words from Millie Zdziebkowski, Senior Director, Multicultural Services at Comcast and Robert Martinez, Product Development Senior Manager. It was great to hear from the Comcast Latino Team talk about their excitement for this event.

This really caught my interest, especially now that I’m older and have come to embrace my Latino culture. Latino content is something my family and I can really enjoy experiencing together. I remember growing up, my family and I would watch Disney movies and tv shows all dubbed in Spanish. It’s exciting to know that now, I am able to watch contemporary movies from Latin America or finally getting the chance to finish that telenovela I started watching when I was eight years old!  With Free Pass Latino, we can watch our favorite movies while discovering new entertainment we’ve never seen before. I think my favorite feature is that with the Xfinity Stream app I can watch all the Latino content from my laptop or on the go on my phone.
